Business Tune-Up Service

Just as vehicles need regular maintenance, businesses require periodic checkups to stay healthy. I provide this maintenance service - what I call a “Business Tune-Up” - to help companies identify and fix operational issues.

How It Works

1. You contact me and we have an initial meeting to get to know each other and discuss the process.

2. After this first meeting, I send you a list of targeted true/false questions specific to your industry and your business. Typical questions might be “We struggle to win enough new business” or “Clients often seem to take forever to get us information requested from them.”

3. Using your responses, I develop a business model that we refine through further discussions. By the fifth or sixth meeting, we have a good sense of the most critical issues to address.

4. I propose specific solutions with a fixed fee. You can either:

   • Use the analysis results on your own at no cost
   • Hire me to help implement the solutions

Projects typically last 6-8 weeks, with larger initiatives broken into smaller phases (Agile sprints). I guarantee results - if the promised benefits don’t materialize, I fix the issues at my expense.
