I publish the work that is easiest to verify. Some of it is client work, some is my own operating work, and all of it shows how I work.

Start with the work that already exists

If you want the short version, this page is the evidence trail. Each item links to a published piece with enough detail to check the reasoning and the outcome.

Website audit

I audited my site with Claude Code and fixed it the same afternoon.

It found eight issues in the built HTML. I rewrote the metadata, cleaned up the sitemap, and verified the fixes in one session.

Result: 8 issues found. 8 fixed. No agency handoff.
Local AI

I run daily coding on a local 27B model.

My daily stack uses an RTX 3090 server, so a large share of the work no longer incurs per-token charges.

Result: Daily coding on hardware I own.
Small business ops

I replaced QuickBooks with Beancount and custom invoicing.

The move put my accounting data in a format I control and removed a monthly subscription I no longer needed.

Result: $1,800/year saved.
Embedded systems

I helped shape a regulated defibrillator protocol boundary.

The host CLI, firmware, docs, and tests all had to stay aligned around the same protocol contract.

Result: About 100 commands, plus generated docs and tests.

What this page is for

Not every page on this site needs to be a case study, but the site should make the proof easy to find. This page is the shortest path from interest to evidence.
