What this is

A dedicated one-hour working session — one on one, with John, the founder — on whatever you are stuck on. Not a sales call. You set the agenda. We meet face to face or over the web.

You leave with a next-step recommendation: a diagnosis package, another offer that actually fits, or a plain statement that we are not a fit. If you then buy a diagnosis package, this hour is credited against it.

You buy the hour online, up front, and then schedule it. Pay by card, get a confirmation, book your time.

How it works

You pay for the hour here, by card. The moment payment goes through you get a confirmation with a link to book your time. Tell us what you want to get out of the hour — ideally a little ahead — and we come prepared. For online sessions we send a Google Meet link; for in person, we sort out the location when you book. Afterward you get a short written recap and the recommended next step.

Terms

You get the full booked hour — a dedicated working meeting, in person or over the web — focused on the issue you bring. You leave with a next-step recommendation: a diagnosis package, another offer that fits, or we are not a fit. The hour itself is the deliverable. If the issue turns out to be outside what we can usefully help with, we say so plainly and refund the hour.

Payment is taken at checkout, before booking. Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund or a no-charge reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a no-show, are non-refundable because the time was reserved for you. If we cancel or cannot deliver the session, you receive a full refund or a reschedule at your choice. If we hold the session and you are genuinely not satisfied, a full refund is available by asking. If it is clear we are not a fit in the first part of the hour, the hour is refunded. If you then buy a diagnosis package, the hour fee is credited against that package (operator-honored). The hour fee is kept if you do not buy a later package.
