What this is

A dedicated one-hour working session — one on one, with John, the founder — on whatever issue you want to bring. Not a sales call and not a fixed curriculum: you set the agenda. We meet face to face or over the web, and spend the hour on your actual problem.

You buy the hour online, up front, and then schedule it whenever suits you. Pay securely by card, get an immediate confirmation, and book your time. No back-and-forth, no waiting on an invoice.

If the thing you want help with is specifically about adopting or working with AI, the AI coaching session covers the same hour with that focus.

How it works

You pay for the hour here, by card. The moment payment goes through you get a confirmation with a link to book your time. You tell us what you want to get out of the hour - ideally a little ahead - and we come prepared. For online sessions we send a Google Meet link; for in person, we sort out the location when you book. Afterward you get a short written recap of what we covered and the recommended next steps.

Anyone with a problem worth an hour of experienced outside attention - a decision you keep going back and forth on, a process that keeps jamming, a technical call you would rather not make alone. Bring the issue; we will work on it together.

Terms

You get the full booked session — a dedicated one-hour working meeting, in person or over the web — focused on the issue you bring. The session is the deliverable; we do not guarantee any specific outcome, decision, or result beyond the time and guidance itself. If the issue turns out to be outside what we can usefully help with, we say so plainly and refund the hour.

Payment is taken at checkout, before booking. Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund or a no-charge reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a no-show, are non-refundable because the time was reserved for you. If we cancel or cannot deliver the session, you receive a full refund or a reschedule at your choice. Satisfaction guarantee: if we hold the session and you are genuinely not satisfied with how it went, a full refund is available simply by asking.
