What this is

A short diagnosis package with the people who can actually change how the business runs. You already see several problems. The work is to find the one that is causing the others, write it down, and stop there unless you want the next step.

This is not a workshop, not implementation, and not a lecture. You leave with a named problem and a written diagnosis you can act on or walk away from.

How it works

You pay here, by card. Then we schedule typically four working meetings of 90 to 120 minutes. A fifth is included if we need it. Between meetings the diagnosis is reconciled and prepared, so the room is for your reality, not for building the argument live.

What is going wrong is collected in the first meeting, sometimes the second, and then that list is closed. If the finding is solid in three meetings, we stop. You bought the finding, not the meeting count.

You can skip the one-hour working session and buy this directly. If you took that hour first, its fee is credited against this package.

Terms

You leave with a written diagnosis that names the one problem driving the others you experience. If we do not deliver that, you do not pay for this package. Finishing in fewer than the included meetings still completes the package: you bought the finding, not the meeting count.

Payment is taken at checkout, before the meetings are scheduled. If we do not deliver a written diagnosis that names the one problem, you owe nothing and the fee is refunded in full. Reschedule a meeting at least 24 hours ahead at no charge. A cancellation of the whole package at least 24 hours before the first meeting is a full refund. Inside 24 hours of a scheduled meeting, or a no-show, that meeting is spent because the time was reserved. If you bought the One-Hour Working Session immediately before this package, the hour fee is credited against this package (operator-honored). The fifth meeting is a buffer, not an extra charge.
